Born on July 9, 1926, Catherine was a cherished wife, mother, grandmother, great‑grandmother, aunt, sister, and friend whose warmth, strength, and unwavering devotion shaped generations.

A devoted wife to Martin Lomangino and loving mother to her son Joseph and his wife Denise, Catherine found her greatest joy in her family. She was the proud grandmother of Renee and Marty, and the adoring great‑grandmother of Nicole, Joey, Adrianna, Justin, and Robyn. She dedicated her life to caring for those she loved, offering a steady presence, a generous heart, and a home where everyone felt welcome.

Catherine embodied everything we think of when we picture a woman whose home was the heart of her family — a door that was always open, a kitchen that never rested, and a heart big enough to hold everyone who walked through it. She loved to cook, to gather her family around the table, to laugh, and to dance. Her home was a place of comfort, celebration, and connection, and her spirit made ordinary days feel special.
